Hi, I’m

I began my career as a speech-language pathologist, and I still hold a deep passion for helping others through that work. Over time, though, I found myself craving more freedom to live life with flexibility and the chance to say yes to new adventures.

That spark really ignited when I managed my ocean rowing team’s social media for the two years leading up to our 38-day row across the Pacific Ocean. Yes… you read that right, I rowed a boat across the Pacific Ocean. Creating content, designing graphics, and building connections online lit me up in a way I couldn’t ignore. What started as a side role quickly grew into a true passion for social media management, content creation, and all things virtual assistance.

Now, I bring both my professional background and creative side together to help business owners simplify their days, share their stories, and create space for more freedom in their lives too.

Cassidy’s Highlight Reels

  • Live life to the fullest, not full of fear!

    Cassidy has made it her mission to face fear head-on, which has led her to live an adventurous and meaningful life. This motto continues to drive and motivate her every single day.

    It is also the heart of her VA business, helping clients clear their plates so they have the time and freedom to live their fullest lives too.

  • Cassidy comes from a big, close-knit family with three sisters, one brother, and ten nieces and nephews (and counting!).

    She married her high school sweetheart, and together they are now raising their rainbow baby, her proudest adventure yet.

  • Cassidy loves trying new things, which has led to a long list of hobbies including hiking, surfing, free diving, and reading.

    She has even tried sewing, and once made her own swimsuit (pictured above)!

  • On June 8, 2024, Cassidy rowed across the Pacific Ocean with her team, Full Foarce. In just 38 days, they rowed 2,800 miles from Monterey, California to Hanalei Bay, Kauai in a race called the World’s Toughest Row, a challenge she calls both brutal and beautiful.

  • Born and raised in Jackson, Michigan, Cassidy always felt there was more to see and experience. After living in Sacramento and San Diego for college, she and her family now call Oahu home, a place that perfectly matches her love for adventure.
